"It... it was horrible. So cold and empty. Only, it was not really empty. There were so many souls trapped within, pale, lifeless shades of peoplewho had once lived among us. They were tormented constantly by undead constructs like the Draugr that stalk the tombs of Skyrim, but somehow I dreaded to face them much more. The air was dead, and the sky was black. The land was a grey, featureless plateau that stretched on forever, where nothing grew but the ruins of ancient structures. I do not know what built them. Everywhere we went we could feel the malignant consciousness of the beings that ruled it. I do not have the words to properly describe the Soul Cairn, but it is an experience I never wish to endure again."

The sisters vanished into the ethereal plane to do just that.

Gabranth said as he landed the Atomos at the outskirts of the city. "Now then, let us head towards that light. It looks out of place and it is likely William, or at the very least some one ascocioted with him is there." He saod to Kayle as he grabbed his swords and stood up.

Erica was silent for a as she listened to AEanna's story, and when she finished, hugged her tigheter. "That sounds horrible! Was it worth it in the end, traveling there?" She asked.

Garrus and Saressa approached Dalis and watched as the bodies of the Bioderms burned.
"They killed a lot of good men. Good to see them pay the price for it." GArrus said.
