Scout continued to be in the kitchen watching Sudden Violence. "By gods this movie is so bad it's good" The scene in the movie was Johnny at a house with some guy "And that is my lovely daughter Patrica and Sandra" Johnny punches the man out of nowhere shouting "Sudden Violence. I hate your kids" The people got into a fight scene along with the kids

Rose looked up from her notebook as Riou stirred, then went back to her writing.
@Zeph: Well it's a 245 hour drive, considering that Cape Town and Cairo have almost the entire continent of Africa between them. That's actually kind of a giant plot hole there, huh? Considering it would take over 2 weeks to get there if our characters spent 16 hours a day doing nothing but driving.
...Maybe we should have just gone with the plane idea.
Either way, I think I'm gonna be knocking off soon for tonight, so nothing more with Toph I guess.

OoC: I don't think it's that long a drive. As the crow flies, it looks to be about 2,500 miles. Averaging a speed of about 60 mph it should take about 42 hours. Driving 16 hours a day (Oh God, 7 hours is my limit, though I've done more) it should take about 3 days. Unless I am completely off on my estimate of the distance.

@Salty: Well, I checked Google Maps, and I'm assuming our characters would try to drive on the road as much as possible, so that's my explanation...
@Rosh: Oh god, I hated that boss fight. Please don't tell me we'll have time limits when we're fighting that thing.

Actually, I didn't use Google maps, but maybe I should from now on. I should have known. When in doubt, Google. Anyway, at an average speed of 60 mph it's still about 174 hours. Still about 11 days at 16 hours a day, but better than what Google is estimating.

Once Seth had got onto the highway, he seemed to reach up passed the jeep, and pull down a microphone seemingly out of nowhere. "Alright Dude and Dudettes, this is your totally rad surfer dude captain speaking. I would like to ask now that you put all your belongings including hands and feet inside the ride, as we activate... 'RAVE MODE'." With a spin of his finger Seth presses a big red button, and the jeep seems to speed up to 11. Little disco balls, lights, music, and snacks come flying out of everywhere.
The colours seem to forget how they work as they all meld together in a mondo acid trip like effect as the jeep flies off into the sky.

It was lucky for Toph at that particular moment that she was blind, otherwise she probably would have had a seizure as Seth activated RAVE MODE. However she was still passed out, since she was pretty tired.
