"You see a thinking engine that well it can sorta think. It gives the illusion it's actually thinking while it's not. It can also do various mathematical problems and can also perform several spells in just a couple minutes" Ponder actually had a deep fear that the machines he made actually did think. But he usually shooed those feelings as it only thought it was thinking

You see the ants go through the tubes and actually do math through a very complex system of circutry" Ponder never actually knew how the machine worked. He always seemed to be making a machine that built it self and gave him the schematics and not the other way around. He never could tell anyone this because he was supposed to know how it worked "And yes I'm named after the Ankh-Morporkian word that means to deeply muse. My parents really wanted me to become a wizard"

@Hatch: What if, at the of this thread, Austin was to follow Noel back to her dimension, with Makoto and all?
