Four took cover behind Riou for the time being. After the attack was over, she brought out her IS and took off into the air. I think I'm finally getting the hang of this thing.
She fired a few energy shots at Ultima from her rifle as she hovered above the group's position.

Amy's grenades impact against Ultima's right shoulder, taking a chuck out of it. Treu to its word, it didn't bleed.
Although the Noel's bullets hit Ultima in the chest, it didn't so much as flinch.
Four's energy beam hit Ultima's armour, slightly cracking it near the tail.
Once Ultima saw Heavy spin up his minigun, it breathed a jet of blue flames as Heavy fired at it, desintegrating the bullets before they could hit it.
Once the stream of bullets came to an end, it stoped breathing flames and cast a Flare spell him, creating a small explosion.
Then, it lunged at the sisters, swiping at them with two claws.

Although the Noel's bullets hit Ultima in the chest, it didn't so much as flinch.

Makoto charged at the beast, fists raised, and opened with a crushing right hook to Ultima's front left leg.
EMily and Gwen grabbed Winona and Sara and took flight using a plasma jet and gravity boost respectfully.
They landed and Sara struck her sword in the ground, creating a fission eruption from beneath it.
EMily fired her electron beam at the beast.
Winona fired a neutron beam.
Gwen sent a volley of dark matter bombs.
Reimu flew into the air and activated her Demon Sealing Dimensional Rift card, spreading a multitude of energy needles at the beast.
They landed and Sara struck her sword in the ground, creating a fission eruption from beneath it.
EMily fired her electron beam at the beast.
Winona fired a neutron beam.
Gwen sent a volley of dark matter bombs.
Reimu flew into the air and activated her Demon Sealing Dimensional Rift card, spreading a multitude of energy needles at the beast.
Derpy brings her (Somehow) still present storm cloud over to Ultima, and sticks it is his face, and then she kicks it electrocuting Ultima's face
Kefka had finished absorbing the powers of the Warring Triad and turned around to watch the battle. "Ehehehe... amusing sight, isn't it?"

Ultima's leg trembled when Makoto punched it and it was even momentarily knocked off-balance given the fact that she truck it just when it landed. In retaliation, it jumped back and cast a Flare spell at her also.
Ultima gritted its teeth when it was struck with the fission burst, as it scorched its skin on its underside.
It jumped out of the way of EMily and Winona's beams with suprising agility considdering its bulk. Though, even in the air, it was hit by Gwen's dark matter bombs.

Amy continues fire with her grenade launcher, aiming at Ultima's face. Noel uses her 'Optical Barrel' ability and fires at Ultima's face as well.

Riou kept his shield up until the flames from the latest attack died down. "Shining Light!" The shield erupted into beams of green energy striking at Ultima.
Jowy had been standing behind Riou and when the shield dropped his raised his right hand. "Piercing One!" Ultima was impaled by three giant black swords before they exploded.
