@Silver: Maybe I didn't explain it right, but it's not a pillar of flames. It's just a skyscraper with what looks like a massive white signal fire on top of it.

As Conall reached the skyscraper, he'd notice that there was a large amount of men covered head to toe in SWAT gear and body armor milling about in the lobby. One of them stopped Conall as he arrived, then appeared to receive some kind of message from his headset.
"Top Floor." He simply said to Conall, pointing over his shoulder at the elevators in the lobby of the building.

There was nothing on the roof besides a massive fire. Conall would have a hard time finding anything that wasn't on fire, aside from the doorway leading to the stairwell.

OOC: I stopped giving a toss about Yu-Gi-Oh back in middle school. So I've been out of the loop for about...7 to 8 years now.
