Austin's Battle Armor absorbs a fair amount of the lightning, but it fizzes the systems alittle as he dodges with a rolling away.
Taking out a his split missile RPGs he fires at Goddess.

Makoto ran to the side to avoid the Thundaga, then looked up at Goddess. Makoto spawned an energy ball in fron of herself, then charged a punch, uppercutting the energy ball and sending it flying towards Goddess.
@Nail: Actually... You can put Winter on that list of 'potential kill-off' as well. Might be more avenging for the TDM thread as well.
Four summoned her armor out of reflex, which wound up being a bad move as she just conducted more electricity and was electrocuted more. The systems on her mech were temporarily fried, and she had to take some time to try and get her heart-rate back under control before she even thought about fighting back.
OoC @Rosh: I'll keep that in mind.
Seeing the missiles approach, Goddess sends out waves of lightning out of the palm of her left hand, blowing the missiles up mid-flight. Still, some of them exploded close enough to knock Goddess back, slamming her against a wall.
Still slightly dazed by the explosion, Goddess couldn't respond to the incomming energy ball in time. She winced and fell to the ground as it struk her in the stomach. Recovering from the blow, Goddess countered by casting a Overture spell. "Protect me, my pretty..." As the spell took hold, it altered Makoto's state of mind, making her feel like Goddess was the most important thing in her life. She would feel compelled to protect her. (like usual, this will last one turn)
With that out of the way, Goddess cast a Thundara spell at Tophat and Valentine, sending another cluster of lightning bolts their way.
Also, group 2, go.

EMily sees the lighting being charged up like before and projects a radial positive electric field to attract the lightning to her, like a lightning rod. Directing it away from Tophat and Valentine.
She then fired it back as a powerful electron beam.
Sara shot out her iron spikes using nucleosythesis.
Reimu sprayed a barrage of spirit cards at Goddess.
Winona fires some Z0 bombs to batter her up.
Gwen fires a volley of dark matter bombs.

Goddess tries her best to evade Heavy's shower of bullets, but was clipped in her right arm. Not being nearly as resillient as Doom was, she gasped in pain as the bullets tore through her flesh. She dropped the orb she was holding, but rather then dropping to the ground, the orb hovered next to her.
She dashed out of the way of the electron beam, as she did this, she evaded narrowly the iron spike launched by Sara. The spike flew next to her head, taking it a piece of her ear in the process. She was knocked around by the Z0 bombs, wich in turn pushed her out of the way of most of Reimu's spirrit cards. Some of them still managed to hit her in the tighs and drawing blood.
One of Gwen's dark matters bombs hit Goddess in the chest and bowled her over, making most of Tophat bullets miss.
Getting up again, Goddess dashed away from Noel's Optic Barrel shots, but was hit in the arm by one of Valentine's fireballs. Gritting her teeth against the pain, Goddess countered by altering Valentine's state of mind, making her believe her allies were more of a threat then Goddess and compelling her to attack them. (unlike Confuse, this won't be cured by getting hit, but still last only one turn)
If one was paying attention to it, one would notice that the eyes of the gorgon head on wich Goddess was once sttood opened a bit wich each time Goddess was hit. Now fully opened, they flashed green, then closed again.
The number ten appeared above Winter's head.

Four barely had enough time to recover from the last attack when she was shocked with electricity again. Oh just fuck this...
She dismissed her mech, which barely had enough power and working systems to do that, and collapsed to the ground. Then she tried to drag herself off to a corner and avoid drawing attention to herself for a few moments.

Makoto, under the thrall of Goddess, turned and saw Austin firing missiles at her. How dare he assault a god? Makoto ran forward, charging, then hit Austin with a shattering punch.
