OoC: @Drak If this was a plot by @Nail, or even me, the chocolate would do something. Like poison the people or make them hallucinate or something. Eating it would be the last thing you'd want to do.

"Everyone up. Come on, now. Get moving." Riou says motioning for people to move through the doorway.

@Salty: Because they took me saying regular chocolate literally... *Facepalm at self*

The elevator shook again as another cord was cut.

Heavy grabs Makoto, grace, and gerry, and throws them through the cracks.

OOC: If this were a plot by @Nail, I would stay as far away from that chocolate as possible, even if he said it was harmless.

"Don't have to tell me twice!" Erica exclaimed as she grabbed hold of the ledge, and with some effort, pulled herself up.

@Salty: Well obviously it's gonna screw us in some way. But that's why I did it, to see what would happen!

Rose climbed her way out through the doorway as quickly as she could manage.

"You, too, guys." Riou said motioning to Heavy and the Pound Cakes.

OoC: @Nail Well, obviously. You don't eat stuff that starts flowing from the ceiling in a villains lair.
@Zeph Is that because it should have done something?

Heavy climbs through the ledge after everyone, and looks back. He pulls out his shoutgun, looking up above, and spins it, followed by a cutting motion. It's obvious it's to whomever cut the wires.

@Salty: Well we'll see...

The Pound cakes with a great deal of fuss managed to squeeze through the hole after Riou made it through.

With everyone out, the lift climatically had the last cord severed far enough up the shaft that heavy couldn't see, but more chocolate fell down. The elevator plummeted downwards until a minute later they could hear a resounding crash.

Everyone was now standing in a large tunnel that seemed to lead to a single door, they could also try climbing the elevator shaft, but with the chocolate that was covering most of the interior it would be suicide to try.

"that's a lot of chocolate..."

OoC: *cough cough* technically, I didn't have Riou exit, yet. Partly because I had thought there were still two wires holding it up. But anyway, I can work with it as written.

@Salty: Pushed you out anyways =P mostly because I'm GM and I do what I want.

Grace looked back into the shaft. "I might be able to lift us all to the top floor, to save time." she said as she looked to see if she could see the end of the shaft.

 

[Chungus]

"Well this sucks..." Erica dryly remarked as she wiped the chocolate off her shoulder, then turned to Grace. "You sure? What if you get to tired to keep the platform up after a while? We have no idea how much further it is to the top afterall."

 

[Saltyk]

"I don't think it would be wise to try climbing that shaft. There's no telling if more..." Riou sighs. "More chocolate will come raining down again. And there's a possible foe that did cut through cords that were strong enough to hold that lift up pretty easily. I suggest we not go into the lion's den."

Heavy continues to glare, and begins to walk to the door. He opens the door, and walks through.

@Outis: Very clever! Very clever indeed... but two can play at this game if need be Muhahahaha!!

As heavy walks into the room he finds a rather large room with a straight path to a set of grand ball room like stairs. On either side of this wide path is a large pool of churning chocolate, complete with chocolate fountain.

"We also do not know what is ahead of us." Grace pointed out as she continued trying to see the top of the shaft.

 

[Saltyk]

"I think your plan is unwise. We'd be sitting ducks if anything attacked us and if anything attacked you, or you lost your strength or focus, we'd fall to our deaths. Sounds more like suicide than anything." Riou said, walking to the door down the path.

 

[Chungus]

"But that was the case from the very begining. While this tower is so high, you couldn't see the top from the ground. And Joe said it's even bigger on the inside. That shaft could go on forever." Erica said to Grace, then turned to Riou. "Exactly."
