"I'm...fine." Rose answered Gerry. She started to wonder if he'd mind losing a piece of his arm. Then she shook it off when she realized that acts of cannibalism probably wouldn't endear her to the others.

"Yes... bedding as you humans call it..." Bob answered. "Follow me." Bob lead the others to another room of artifacts from the worlds they'd taken over of civilizations that didn't want to eat pie for dessert, beds was one of them. "Here."

Erica followed Bob to the room and looked around for something edible. She found a cabinet with pies in it and shrugged, figuring that now that Bob was on the side of the group, eating chocolate here couldn't hurt. She took a pie and sat down on the bed. "This sure beats sleeping on the ground!" She exclaimed as she bounced up and down on the bed, then grabbed a handful of pie and scuffed it down.
@Zeph: You know what might have been more amusing? If you'd just said it was a really tall staircase.

Rose followed Strawbert into the room and looked around. She groaned when she noticed that it was nothing but beds. Inedible beds.
I swear, the next one of those pastry things I see is gonna wind up as my next meal.
Then she saw Erica with a pie and pounced on her without even thinking. She took what was left of the pie and started messily eating as quickly as she could. Her clothes were already stained with blood, so she didn't really care about getting pie filling on them.

Rose didn't even address Erica until the had eaten all of the pie and licked the tin clean. Then she realized that she was still sitting on Erica and hastily hopped off, blushing slightly from embarrassment. "Sorry...I'm just really hungry is..." She paused when she noticed Erica had some pie filling on her hands. "...Are you gonna eat that?" She asked, pointing at Erica's hands.
"Wha...?" Was Erica's initial reaction. Then she noticed Rose pointed at her hand. "Uhh... There's not much to eat. But, go ahead, I guess." she said, holding out her hand for a moment, but then pulled it back before Rose could react. "But don't you dare bite!"
When Riou said good night to her, she briefly looked at him and said good night also, then turned back to Rose.

Erica said to Rose as she went to get another pie herself, picking out a apple pie this time as she didn't like the taste of the chocolate one all that much. Sitting back down on the bed, she took handful from the pie and scuffed it down at roughly the same speed Rose was. Although she was not unacustomed to going without food for long periods, she was relieved to finally gett something in her stomach. "Shay..." Erica began, talking with her mouth full. "You shink shey got shome new slothesh for us around here? We could both use it!"
