Relius got up, frustrated. He had come so close to getting a valuble test subject, and now these fools were getting in the way of his research! Relius ran towards Gordon and Joe, swiping with mantis-like claws.

Gerry continued to fire at Relius, a rare look of stoic determination on his face.

"You should be healed enough to move. We should get you out of here." Grace said to Erica.

Gordon doubled back to avoid the mantis swipes.

"Cripes man! Cool down on the caffene!" He pulled out his 0.357 Magnum and fired a shot at Relius in the central mass before making another shot at him with the shotgun.

Gwen sent out a reverse gravity well at Ignus to rip apart the joints of the doll.

After Erica's breathing got more steady, she got up and looked Grace in the eyes.
[sub]"Thank you."[/sub] She said with a low voice. Honestly, 'thank you' didn't even begin to describe the gratitube she felt, but it was all she could think of.

OoC: Looks like Relius is here. I was thinking of starting the "Beginning of the End." My villainous plot today. If it all plays out right we could probably end it this weekend, Saturday at the earliest. That would free up @Nail for his own plot (I read he could start his when mine ends) and finish this hold over from the old thread. That sound good?

Relius was frozen in place by the spirit bolts, and fell as Gordon fired into his chest. In his prone position, he avoided most of the shotgun pellets. Ignis managed to repair and float away just in time to dodge Gwen's attack, flying over to Relius, helping him to stand.

Joe pulls out the carnifex and blasts one of claws. He then uses the opening to try to pistol whip, and knee to the gut Relius.

she wondered to herself why Erica is so imporrtant to him, whatever the reason she was'nt going to let him do anything to her.

Relius coughed a speck of red. "I admit... you certainly are a powerful group. I cannot wait to test you all." Relisu began backing away, Ignis acting as a sheild.

Jio came out of the Big Orphan's top hatch to see Relius. "You again?"

Erica followed Grace to safety, clutching her side as she went. Although the wounds had healed, it was still mighty sore.
