OOC:Mind telling me how this works exactly? My avatar is of course, Usopp,alas Sogeking!

It doesn't really matter how you make your entrance. It could be as simple as you hopped out of a portal, or as complicated as you like. And then you converse with other people. There isn't any fighting going on right now so it's all good.

Appearing next to my character would actually be really handy right now, my character Joe is a 2D stickman who has actually seen Usopp before. Your Usopp doesn't need to know him though.

Usopp holds his Kabuto Slingshot in one hand,a mysterious box slug across his chest,and trusty hammer in the other,points at Zepherus14,and says "Hey. Don't I know you from somewhere? And more importantly,where am I?

OoC: I'm really happy to see you're back actually! Usopp has always been one of my favourites from One Piece. But I'm actually going to school right now, so I won't be able to post until 2pm EST. I'm assuming you're using Thriller Bark Usopp, but just curious really.

OoC: Aaannd I'm back

Figuring the coast should be clear by now, Erica left the Orphan again and took a stroll around the strange settlement, wondering if euro's would be accepted in the stores.

The two sheath their blades, crouching down to an old fist-a-cuffs brawl.

"Good, good. Now let's what you got sis!" Bryce's hands are ignited with fire, forming blade like projections.

"Not over yet!" Nicole's hands are in encased with icy blade projections.

The two continue sparring, only using their fists, jumping around their mini-sparring field, manipulating gravity to their advantage

Wonder where they went. No matter. Varger crouched down and opened a holo-screen. He began reviewing the blood sample from Jio and decided since he had nothing better to do he would create a genetic toxin to stunt his regeneration.

Having walked around for a bit, Erica came to the conclusion that the Black Mage people gave her the creep. She walked back to Orphan and sat crouched down on the floor. watching Bryce and Nicole spar. Although she put her fingers in her ears as the noise of the fighting wasn't helping with her sleep-deprevation induced headache.

OoC: @Ven I'm trying to decide if that would work. There are ways to slow or even stop Demonic Regeneration, most of which I doubt Varger can do, but I see no reason to object to this. If only for the sake of the story, and such.

When the two stopped sparring, their armors purged any fluids for sweat on their bodies, leaving them as fresh as taking a shower.

"I think I'll go back to the ship. Got some things to do." said Nicole, walking away.

Bryce sighed happily. She was getting better. Might even surpass him one day. But that day would be pretty far off still.Turning away, as his armor peeled back into his spine region, he saw Erica blocking her ears. Oh...oops.. he gave a wave at her.

 

[Chungus]

Erica pulled her fingers out of her ears and waved back at Bryce as she got up. She gave a small smile while she was at it.
"Hello there!"

@Salty, hes not doing it for a practicle reason, hes just bored with no-one around.

Varger enjoyed the distraction. Distraction. Thats what it was, he had to do something, focus his mind on something. If it wandered for a good while things started to get wierd and dangerous. Several results came up with...were less than satisfactory. The Faelon molecules expansion to counteract regrowth was too much and alot of his projections ended up with an exploded victim when simulated. While useful Varger didn't want Jio to explode. At least not from venom.

As Bryce walked over to Erica, he noticed that Erica has been getting much sleep. It was practically written all over her face.

"Had another rough night? You look like you could use some sleep." he smiles.

 

[Chungus]

"Oh, you don't know the half of it.
Three days has it been now. Three days have I gone without even a minute's sleep...
I'm pretty sure I'm gonna start halucinating soon. Not looking forward to that." Erica replied to Bryce, giving him a weak smile afterwards.

 

[Saltyk]

Jin lays back and looks up at the sky. "There's something wrong with this situation. There's some lie we're being told. But where is it?"

Bryce stand down next to Erica, in thought. He finally said, "Do you have some idea why you haven't been getting much sleep? Many things make people lose sleep, like past memories, stress and caffeine loss if you drink too much coffee."

 

[Chungus]

Erica let out a deep sigh. "You hit the nail right on the hit there. Past memories.
Whenever I close my eyes, I relive certain... events. Things I have not the strength to confront... It's too painful." As much as she tried, Erica could not hold back the tears.

Bryce closes his eyes, opening them again as his eyes, usually a hard blue shifted to a softer blue color. He then brushed some of the tears from Erica, hugging her as well. "Willing for someone to listen? I'm all ears." he said.

Nicole puts a strange looking device in her ears, listening to a piece of music. A song that reflects alot of my brother...

"I-I'm not sure I can... it is so painful..." Erica looked away from Bryce.
[sub][sub][sub][sub]"And then it was used against me..."[/sub][/sub][/sub][/sub] She shakes her head rather violently and then clutches it because her headache worsened.
[sub]"I can't face it again."[/sub] She said with a weak, trembling voice

"We are all afraid of the past; that's what makes us people, not just empty shells with half souls. What happened in the past shapes us; it reflects what we are now, and what we will become in the future. We all had some pains, and I'm no different... If we don't learn from the past, what future can we see then? Facing our fears: its the most painful thing anyone can do, but if we don't, we bound to repeat it the same incidents again and again." Bryce paused for a second, then embraced Erica, staring into her eyes. His eyes reflecting a light blue color.

"By the looks of it, I'm staying here for some time, and if anything, I won't see any of you fall because of our pasts." he concludes to Erica.

Nicole switches to another song. But even then, Bryce set himself to a goal, and became better...

Varger hummed idly to himself as he closed the holo screen. Enough of that, what now? He began thinking of something to do.

Erica looks Bryce in the eye, her usual blue eyes had a red-ish hue due to the sleep deprivation.
"B-but, my best friends died! They died because they got close to me... they trusted me and paid for it with their lives...
How can I face that?
Everytime I close my eyes, I see it again and again, the torment inflicted upon them because of me! And then... [sub]and then... I killed them..."[/sub] Erice replied to Bryce with a broken voice.
"And I am just a shell with half a soul.
In fact, this soul isn't even mine... I had to steal it in order to exsist..."
