I thought Misa was a ghost bent on peacefully reuniting original Mia and Four. 
"Ah! Evil thing! Evil thing!" Asha shouted. She swat the flying machine out of the sky and started stomping on it.
Four heard something coming from the surveillance room right down the hall. She walked in and saw Misa had somehow gotten there. She rushed her and pinned Misa against the wall. "Tell me why I shouldn't kill you right now." She threatened. Four was too busy preparing to kill the same woman...or maybe it was another woman? Anyway, she was too busy with that to hear Winter knocking again.

@Nile: As far as I can tell, Misa is basically whatever the hell @Silver wants her to be at that particular moment in time. Laws of existence and previously established character details do not apply to her.
