<color=brown>"Goodness gracious Gwen... your bed is a wreck! At least you've taken care of any funky smells from what you've been doing with Four."

Gwen made a guilty smile.
<color=purple>"Y-yeah..."

Sara gave her a sisterly smile back at her.
<color=brown>"Hey it's okay. We'll do a good clean up tomorrow alright?"

<color=purple>"U-uh huh. Sure thing." Gwen nodded. The two of them got undressed. Gwen went into her own bed, while Sara went into her sleeping bag.

Joe was taken aback from Four's snap to him, he could have felt a little hurt, but Four looked really out of it. "[small]I-I'm sorry Four... [sub]I didn't know...[/sub][/small]" Joe said trying to comfort her. 'She's talking about Mia right? Why would Mia want to kill her?!'

"More precautions to sleep I'll need some magically recorded messages and alarms and stuff"Alric goes off putting several magic defenses in his room

"Oh like you could help with more than two of those anyway." Four said to Grace, still obviously in a foul mood. She could tell that she might have accidentally hurt Joe's feelings. "Ugh. I'm sorry Joe, I'm just really out of it...things just aren't going right..."

Grace hugged Four's head a little closer to her chest. "How did you lose your sight and injure your head? Be as specific as possible." Grace asked gently, trying to distract Four from some of her problems.

'Curse me on being so easy to read sometimes...' He thought as Four apologized to him.

"No no! It's completely understandable! You don't need to apologize to me! I understand you didn't mean anything by it!" Joe said as he shook his head and waved his arms, the movement was enough to generate a small amount of wind that brushed across Four like a gentle breeze.

"Well, for the losing my sight, there was this bright flash in the fight before, I didn't see it coming and was pretty much looking straight at it. And as for the head wound, Mia wouldn't calm down...so...I'd rather not talk about it." Four said. She didn't know which direction to move her head to look away, so she didn't even try. Tears started to roll down her face. The sides of her mouth twitched slightly, as if she were trying to smile, when she felt the breeze made by Joe.

Grace hugged Four even closer, slightly caressing her cheek. "I am sorry I had to leave you to attend to other matters. I had hoped Gerry would be able to sooth the situation, but..." she trailed off as she neared her room.

"Um... Grace?" Joe trailed off as he spun his text bubble around.

'What the hell are you doing, she's hurt and you're thinking of super happy bedroom bonanza? Her eyes are up there!'​

The bubble read as Joe sternly looked at Grace.

Joe continued walking with Four and Grace, not really sure what to do.

"Shh. It's alright, dear. We will discuss these problems in due time. Right now we have to focus on getting you healthy again." Grace said in a soft, motherly tone as she gently laid Four on her bed.

"Huh mabye I should have put more forethought in to this and thought of a way to deactivate them if I was going through the door but then I would have to do work and stuff that wasn't realted to flying machines"

 

[Saltyk]

Jio and Jin discuss the potential plans of the Recipes for a while until they decide that trying to figure it out is useless.
"On the bright side we have added to our collection of Cores and defeated enemies at the same time. They must be feeling the pressure, now."
"Maybe, but we still have no idea of their long term goals, or what resources they posses. Vital pieces of information."
"Well, spinning our wheels won't solve anything. We should go to bed and hope for the best. For now."
"You're probably right."

They each retire to their rooms for the night.

OoC: Well, this seems interesting, but I'll be ending my bit for the day here.

Just then Gerry came walking around a corner and bumped into Joe. He had been drawing so he wasn't looking where he was going. He fell to the floor and dropped his new sketch book in front of Joe.
