Garrus hears someone shouting under the rubble near the shuttle, and runs over.
He and Shepard start moving the rubble out of the way.
"Hello? Are you all right in there?" Garrus asks, still unable to see Joe.

"I won't. As long as I am part of the Kabblah that Recipe will never die. Goodbye, Sara. I-I think I loved you..."

"Dad... Can't we hold it back just a little longer?"
"Armageddon can not be stopped once it's engaged. If we wait any longer it will start absorbing people once more. Even Jio can't prevent that."
"They're right. It looks like I accomplished World Domination for a split second. I'm sorry, everyone. Goodbye."
With that Shin and the Kabbalah seemed to shimmer for a moment, blink, and then disappear.

Far off the Kabbalah appeared on an empty world devoid of life and absorbed it. With that. It became inert. Maybe one day, someone would find it... Pray that day never comes.
OoC: @Slenn I actually like that song. This is actually the basic ending of the manga. I hated it for a while, but it is kinda appropriate.

Kefka was close to turning on the rest, figuring the battle with Ikaros must have worn them out. But then he realised that without them, there would be no escapeing the rubble he stood on.

Four looked over and saw that something had spat out Sable. "Well at least it's not all goodbyes." She said as she held up her visor to wipe some tears from her eyes.

OOC: @Saltyk. Actually, I'm a little happy for the bitter-sweet ending. If only because I get to have Sara cry and confess a little. Other than that, it was well designed and it felt very fitting for your characters.
