Varger saw the predictable attack and flowed over it, firing as he did. Shields? Meet Null Rounds Doube snap impacts ringing out. When he hit the ground hit feet had become taloned and raptor like and they proppelled him towards Dio at a faster speed and he leaps firing, clutching onto Dio's shoulders with his talons and immense weight.
Sephiroth grinned slightly. 'I see only one of you,' he said.
He ducked under the energy ball and whipped his body around; as the ninja's telekinesis lifted him upwards, he raised Masamune and flared his wing.
Emrac leapt up to strike.
Sephiroth struck first.
Emrac fell back with Masamune in his shoulder. The exact same spot as all of Sephiroth's other opponents had been hit. He was making something of a signature move for himself, it seemed.
'Tell the 'many' that however many they are, it is not enough.'
OoC: Sorry for ending that one so quickly but I really feel like Sephiroth would be getting pissed enough to end it in one hit at this point, he doesn't get along with teleporting ninjas.

His hand glowed briefly, and then an Ultima spell erupted, blowing point-blank into the ninja's face.
Not enough to kill him.

Joe's brain jumped out from one of the portals in Four's ship. It quickly looked around to see if anyone was around or within earshot, having concluded that it wouldn't be disturbed, it went to go visit Lambda in the medical bay.
It hopped onto one of the adjacent medical beds and whispered in a hushed tone. "[small]Lambda? Are you awake? I was wishing to have a word with you.[/small]"

Varger takes the shot and it flings him off Dio, the underlying Faelon plating and Null Fields made sure that only the flesh of his chest was destroyed revealing dull grey interlocking plates. He swiftly self rights in the air before beginning his descent, he crashs back down onto Dio, his talon closed around Dio's arm that held his weapon while the other crashed again into his shoulder. His pistols dissassembled and he held his right arm up, a long lance like weapon sliding out from his hand while the rest of it formed a barbed gauntlet around his lower arm.
