The whip wraps around the sword and Varger yanks it to the side hoping to wrench it from Dio's grip while a Cyclon Shard Rifle assembles in his right hand. He raises the weapon at the snared soldier, the three barrels rotate until the largest and longest barrel comes to rest atop the others along the weapon. The fins that waved along the side of the weapon increased the intensity at which they did so as it opened fire. The larger barrel fired larger shards at higher velocities but had a slow firing rate. Over the deep double snap of the firing, through slitted eyes gazes at Dio. I've killed worse than him, more of them too, quicker than this. Why am I having such trouble with him?
The brain did the closest thing it could do to a sigh. "Well at least I know..." The brain walked over to Lambda. "Yes... it was I, I was the one who had started hacking into your interfaces to remove Nu's controls." The brain said.

Dio runs towards Varger, letting his shields take the hits while he drops the sword and pounces on Varger, pulling a grenade from his belt and shoving it into Varger's mouth, activated.

@Rosh: I would, but I have no frigging clue where he is right now. So I guess all of our characters are totally screwed.
Also, @Silver & @Wacky: can we just cut it out with all this fourth-wall breaking crap? It's starting to just be annoying now.

Varger whip crawls over Dio and himsell. He tightens it, intentionally keeping the grenade in his mouth before headbutting Dio, again and again.
