Oh I see. But, from what I remember, the Eldar plot really didn't even get started, where as @Rosh's plot is near the end, so it is a bit different. Another difference is that people just forgot about the book, because we didn't really do anything with that plot. Where as our characters made a conscious decision to not get the keep the sword.

OOC: The movement of the Black Book got all of the characters into one location. The airport. Where Rosh was able to successfully launch the last Plot of WAOA. The book got thrown away after that started but Kel'thuzad had the fake copy that was chased after even though it didn't really matter.

Whatever. This is pointless for me to argue against as most people are against it. Fine.

Sephiroth stumbled back. That was two hits Kefka had landed now, but it hardly mattered. He had fought harder than this before... And besides, if his version of Meteor would be on the way soon, they would both be killed unless he stopped it.
Still, he hadn't been able to resist. Kefka's Meteor spell had brought back nostalgic feelings of interplanetary destruction, which was utterly delicious.
Hidden by the explosion, Sephiroth vanished, reappearing behind Kefka; he slashed Masamune across his opponent's back, following up with a Flare spell of his own.
It really was a special kind of delightful, to be able to use his opponent's abilities against him.

Like I said, that's just how I remembered it. It's perfectly possible that I just don't remember because I wasn't paying very close attention at the time.

Kefka fell to his kneesas the Masamune slashed across his back, then the Flare spell trew him across the arena floor. Kefka lay on the floor for a while and looked defeated... but then he started laughing.
Kefka slowly got up, burned clothing falling to the ground as he did, leaving him topless.
Kefka turned his back to Sephiroth, loudly laughing as he did. His flesh was exposed from the slash. But something was off... his flesh was purple and the wound didn't bleed.
"Oh-hohoho... So close...."

Erica stroked the side of Tophat's face as she returned the kiss.
