OoC: @Rosh Medea had the power to break things down to their base natural components. Even touching her would kill a man. There are others who are worse... Hell, I'll have to downgrade Bellerophon's powers just to let the group have a chance. Or at least figure out some very lucrative loopholes.

@Salty: And you guys will be facing foes that have had eons of battle before them, and even the physical manifestation of a god, but that's all in due time. Characters will feel weak against others, and have something really planned for all of you. Ooooohhh, but what I have for Four in a boss fight... heh

Tophat noticed Jio, and didn't turn to face him.

Varger sits down and produces the instrument from before, the bone like instrument was a pale blue. He placed it to his mouth and a sonorous tone began playing, rising and falling at length. one note pervaded over all at a high pitch while several lower ones supplemented it. A chorus joined from nowhere, mournful and deep before picking up in tempo, Varger kept his eyes open the whole time.

"Oh, it's you. I'm surprised you're still here."

OoC: @Rosh The Recipes inspired the whole mythos of God and Satan. People saw them and decided they were Gods. They're basically immortal (if you do the math, Jio is millions, if not billions, of years old since his planet went through THREE mass extinctions since the Kabblah came to it) and each hold massive powers that dwarf most others. A clone, which was considerably weaker than a Recipe, annihilated an opponent with ease.
Admittedly, your story sounds interesting. We'll see what happens, though.

Winter hears the music, but dismissing it. Things are moving in motion. She walks back into the Big Orphan and to the top of the ship. Still in her disguise she walks up to Jio.

"Hello... I'm lost." Winter says, her voice completely disguised as well.

OoC: @Salty: True, but remember that my Original Characters... Are in a completely separate plane of existence, where the natural laws of the Universe doesn't apply to them.

"You look familiar for some reason... Anyway, where were you heading?" Jio says looking at the disguised Winter.

OoC: @Rosh she supposed to look similar to her old self, right?
@Ven I merely want the power and capabilities of the Recipes to be respected. They are not some minor foe. One thing that really bothered me in previous fights was people acting like a Recipe was no big deal. And I don't mean not being intimidated. Jio isn't intimidated by Varger, but Varger is a legitimate threat. They are forces to be reckoned with.

@Ven: There's reasons why they are defeated by the group, which are perfected explained why... The perfect examples of your OP beating OP would go to Naruto and Bleach....

OOC: Specific reasons, plot reasons. If someone is weaker they can still win through some equally bullshit method. We win in your way not our own, its feels like entrapment.
Also varger is beside the ship and playing the wierd instrument which everyone nearby should hear.
A terminator has a 2+ armour save...even they can be killed by a lucky shot from a humble lasgun. 4, 5, 1, dead. Chance.

@Ven: Villains have to lose in one way or another, don't they? And if I do recall, Varger already has some extreme times of holding up people, jumping on them, tossing them into the ground just because he can.
@Jortlulz: And once again, this relates to my burning hatred of technology in the WK40k Universe, but lets not go into there.

OoC: @Ven And it takes the group to beat the Recipe, but they do. They found loopholes in Medea's powers and I totally accepted them as legitimate.

OOC: @cmmdrRosh if you hate the 40k fluff for necrons being OP now then you should check out the old Codex. it is extremely vague which causes the necrons power to be near limitless and only bound by subject to interpretation. this is tame for the necrons.

OOC: Fair enough...why do the bad guys have to lose? Since Varger isn't a bad guy technically he can not be pwned at least he can have his own personal victory...unlike last time. Verbally broken down, chastised then cut in half.
@Rosh Varger can be worn down, I revealed a number of weaknesses through all of his appearances but I never OOC'd them so you noticed them, that would take away the challenge. I like story and I like fighting, both mesh well.

@Jortluz: Once again, that fluff of a Sci-Fi series can keep to itself, I'll be looking into something where the technology can be replaced with the word "Magic" and make more sense.
@Ven: Fair enough. But remember that Varger was a badguy during the Kessler arc if I do recall... Rak and I did collab a few things with the story.
@ALL: There are many loopholes with my boss battles, just need to pay attention, cause they can be relatively obvious.
