She turned to Lambda and said, "Well no sense it worrying about it, right? You hungry?"

@Silver: Eh, I dunno. I figured at the rate that Four seems to get stuff from that eventually she'd wind up with magical powers anyway. =P

The box kept making its clockwork noise, the same sound repeating over and over.
As Grace left the room with the box, the temperature in Kia's room returned to normal and the fog dissipated.

"Maybe." Kefka said as he looked around the destroyed city.
"It was nicely destructive though!"

Grace made her way back to where Four and the others were. Gerry had been busy drawing a large group of aliens, but when he finished he went over the where the girls were.

He would have waited for Kefka to ask what - for dramatic effect - but his ally was too unpredictable.
'This body... It is not the one that I was born with. That is, this is merely an avatar of myself. My true body is hidden somewhere... gaining power.'

Gwen and Sara decided to follow Four and Mia to Olive Garden.

"There there. You've still got me, that counts for something, right?" Four said, stroking Mia's hair lovingly. "Oh it'll be fine. I've got lots of money." Four said to Lambda.
"Lead the way then Mr. Spock." Four said playfully.

@Silver: I'm kinda hoping this whole 'Void' things winds up giving Four super-powers or something like that.

Dio removed the bandages, then took some medical alcohol, and cleaned the wound.

The box began playing its melody, but unlike last times, the notes were undistorded and clearly audible.

Kefka cocked and eyebrow at Sephiroth's explaination. His claims were odd, but then again, so is a clown that claims to be a god.
"Well now, that's interesting...

He thought for a moment.
'It's strange. This body is just an avatar of my true body, which hides, gaining power... And even that body is an avatar of my Controller, who hides despite having a not inconsiderable amount of power, over me at least.'
He wasn't expecting Kefka to understand that, but it needed to be said.

Lambda turned to Grace as the box played and the group walked to the Olive Gradens. "Hello Grace. Have you figured out what is in that box yet?"

"I have no idea what you just said." Kefka said with a dry tone as he got up and rubbed his back. All the wounds he had sustained were gone. How odd...
