Four had gotten engrossed by messing with her hair, so much so that she had spaced out for a while and stopped paying attention to what was going on around her. She snapped out of it and looked around. "Oh, Gwen! When did you get here?" She said, just now noticing Gwen.

Shepard pulls her Carnifex and presses it into the guard's gut. "You're not the one who gives the orders here."
Grace facepalmed and forced Shepard to lower her gun with a barrier, then forced her to lay on the ground. "Perhaps you should escort her out of the building." she said to the guards.
"I do. A man once told me that a leader has to see through cheap tricks. It is his responsibility to do so. For the sake of the people that follow him. I never said I wanted to allow that child to stay dead, but I do question your motives. It seems a little too convenient that you need to drain mana from someone to do so. Don't you agree?" Riou looked at Kefka, his expression unreadable. Just who is this man?

Grace launches Shepard out of the building after she was hit by George, but makes sure she is not injured. "I am sorry about that. You should go outside and deal with her." she said to the guards.
The mace doesn't knock Shepard out because of her barriers.

The guards around the room all pulled out pistols, and the one who Shepard had threatned screamed as he was pulled apart. Outside a couple of mechs walked up to Shepard.
"Stand down! You will be sent over to military police for your crimes!"

Grace looked at Legion. "It would be better if you went outside to help her, rather than standing there and threatening me. I am not trying to kill her, after all." she said calmly. She walked over to where Lambda and TopHat were. "Well, if nothing else, she might weaken their defenses for us if things go badly." she said, talking about Shepard.
"I'm not sure. I admit, I know very little of your powers. But that doesn't mean I trust you. You're far too eager to drain mana from people. Almost like a vampire. Bad example... I actually know vampires, and they aren't half bad people. Most of them, anyway."

He prepares to attack, drinking a potion, and sits down next to Lambda.
"I did not see this coming. I suggest we just ignore her.."
