OOC: He is an Eldar. Reason means something entirely differant to him because his mind works 5 times as fast and on many differant levels of cognative ability. Reason to him is that Necrons are foes, Humans are idiots, useful idiots but idiots all the same and are not to be trusted with even sharp objects let alone Necron weapons that atomically strip the layers of matter from its target. He does what he reasons is right, preventation of human stupidity and ignorance while at the same time indulging the fact that he is still the first Exarch, he can only make war and can only experience contentment in battle. Its a trap that all Eldar can fall into he was just the first to do so.
