Several Necron night scythes (arial transports) lay waiting at the peak of the necron tomb. The sky was littered with necron transports as Nemesor Zahndrekh's armies assembled, the metallic warriors gleaming in the lightning of the dark cascade surrounding the gigantic entrance to the tomb.

The baleful energies of Necrons were something Karandras was used to feeling. He had been killed three times in recent memory by the abominations. Cloaked in darkness he crept through the shadows.

OOC: @Ven let me put it this way. Last time an eldar made contact with Nemesor Zahndrekh he was taken prisoner (along with the space Marine White Scars Captain Kor'sarro Khan) and then led a jailbreak where the ENTIRE group of prisoners were single handedly killed by Vargard Obyron (Except the eldar and Khan).

OOC: Did Matt Ward just take established canon and shit on it? Seriously. Did the Necrons still wage war against the old ones and the Eldar while led by their C'tan?
OOC: Yeah, but thats about all that he kept. Matt ward took literally the beginning of the necron timeline (the war with the old gods and only up to the exact second that the C'tan/necrons won), realized they needed to be robot-superhuman people and then wrote a 2nd version of the grey knights book (or something which equates to a space marine fanwank codex)
OOC: So Necrons aren't bent on solely killing everything for their C'tan to feed on anymore. Might make them actually possible to RP as I suppose.

Karandras bided his time, waiting. Patience before the kill as he sought to take the heads of whichever Overlord commanded this Necron force.
Karandras mentally marked the location and snuck back away. He had evidence of the Necrons that these idiots who did not heed his warnings.
