Rose finished playing and started panting heavily as she slumped onto the seat of her piano. "That took...a lot more...effort than...I last remember." She finally caught her breath and said to Angua, "It's Japanese. I don't know any of those other places."

@Nile: She actually got that before the other powers. She learned it from Roland, and it basically allows her to do several things at the same time. However for the purposes of combat balancing, she can't pull it off in a fight.
@Gear: I actually don't have much of an opinion on that. It sounds like both of them would be interesting.

@Slenn: Oh Wondrous Physics Goddess! @Rosh: has been using the trope of 'hard light' for training exercises. Although science fiction, could there possibly be a slight glimmer of fact in this madness.

I still can't believe that she could do that... Riou was still shocked by the way it was all preformed, so that he couldn't really think or say anything else.
OoC: @Nile It's hard to explain. I personally, rarely used magic preferring to use balanced or physical fighters to avoid running out of MP in the even of a boss fight.

The only way for there to be 'hard light' is if the electromagnetic waves interfered with the air around it making it 'rigid.' like messing with the polarity of the air molecules such that they form an aerogel-like surface. If it's just light then there's no way it could form something solid, unless it was forming matter and anti-matter, but that disperses as soon as it's generated.

I get up again from the medbay room, wandering outside again. I stare at the sparring cube with my sword over my shoulders.

So, Riou would often end up spending every turn or most every turn using his healing magic. Well, he's unnamed in the game, but some official things call him by that name which is why I'm using it.

She tapped it with her wand and in a bright flash, the shackles that bonded Fontaine to the material realm were broken, and Fontaine was free to go to heaven.
