Riou stopped seeing the Necrons rushing him. "How do I deal with this?"

"You have to ask? We'll use our special technique."

"You mean...? Okay, when you're ready."

Riou and Jowy ran at the Necrons and began to run around them rapidly. Suddenly they stopped, spun their weapons for a moment and charged right through the group. Each one taking damage from the combined attack.

Athena ran around the corner of the building and kept going. She needed an escape of some sort.

OoC: What Riou and Jowy just did is their Unite Attack from the game. They literally can deal their combined attack power to each enemy they attack. Think of it as they attacked each one in quick succession. I don't think there were but 4 or 5, right?

"Is that a 'no' to feeling better, or a 'no' to needing anything?" Rose asked Gerry.

"Hey, C'mon now. You weren't...taking advantage of me." Four said, still trying to make Grace feel better.

Erica clutched her chest as she felt another jabbing pain.
Damn it! Not now...!
She managed to run a little further before the pain grew too much. She passed out.

OOCsaltyk there were 3 ships, each one let out a 5X4 phalanx of lychguard and 2/3 of them charged. in case your too lazy to do the math (i know i would be) thats 40 of them.

Nemesor Zahndrekh waved his hand and all of the lychguard kneeled down and raised their shields in a mere moment, the arcane devices absorbing almost the entire force of the attack, stopping most of the damage. As soon as they finished dashing through the mealy the lychguard separated, 10 of them staying behind to fight with Riou and Jowy and the other 25 (some succumbed to damage but they will be back) continued following Athena's pursuers.

@slenn im just picturing everyone running around the ship, cartoon style, away from from a necro ship, matching pace, firing a laser just beinhind the group,

OoC: @Jort Yeah... I know next to nothing about WH40K. Just a little bit about how FUCKING INSANE it is. Mostly as I read a few things some friends had from some years ago. Valid counter though.

I walked outside, seeing more Necrons. I had enough of this Sci-Fi for one day, thank you...

I grab my rack of weapons, kodachis, beam sabre, Koltanium blade and assault rifle/pistols.

Swinging the beam sabre and Koltanium blade, my skin glows a slight silver tint. Koltanium basic armor. Can't use Vaisaga now.

Spoiler: You can basically say that she carries her weapons like this guy

Nemesor Zahndrekh laughed as a Catacomb command barge flew down behind his bodyguard. he stepped aboard this vessel and it rose into the air, he continued to monitor and instruct his men in the battle from above.

The rest of the lychguard charged into battle.

Rose blinked at Gerry a few times. "You should ask her yourself, I can't really speak for her."

Riou and Jowy were on either side of the group of ten.

"They defended our combined attack?" Riou was astounded.

"Well, it got rid of a few of them.. That's about all I was hoping for..."

"You're a bad liar, Jowy. Anyway, I'll rush them from the front, you hit them from behind."

Riou charged in and with his tonfa went to bash the first one in his path.
Jowy held up his right hand. "Twinkling Blade!" A sword symbol appeared over his hand, and dark energy seemed to rise up from his body and then rain down on the Necron from behind.

Athena kept on running and ran down a side street, hoping to lose her pursuer.

"[sub]Okay...but do you think she does?[/sub]" Gerry asked again.

"That does not make it much better." Grace said, calming down slightly.

 

[Slenn]

Sara stood by Riou and jammed her sword into the ground. At various points around the mass of Necrons came a series of nuclear fission eruptions beneath them.

Winona took her hammers and unleashed her high energy neutron beam to irradiate and break apart the Necron's atoms.

Gwen fired out a dark matter bomb volley. (Invisible and can pass through solid matter). She detonated it with a singularity.

Gordon took out his RPG and fired a split missile that separated into 4 different RPGs when in close proximity.

Sara and Winona did their best to absorb the energy of any leftover radiation.

<color=red>"Man, I was hoping we would avoid combat like this. Oh well. FANTASY SEAL!"
Reimu unleashed her Fantasy Seal, firing out a massive barrage of homing energy bombs at the cluster of Necrons.

I dash up and begin slashing at the Necrons with both the Pure-Koltanium Blade and beam sabre. I keep my body moving to make sure they don't have a chance with a clean shot at melee against me.
