OOC: @Zeph the command barge is completely open, in the tabletop game there is even a special attack where the character inside the barge gets to attack out of it while it flies over enemies.

"Is that... Athena?" Joe sputtered as he saw the woman in the barge that was heading for the ground at an alarming pace. "...[sub]god damn it...[/sub]" Joe mumbled as he launched the paper airplane towards the falling ship, activating the shrinking machine to bring the plane to a regular size.
"GET ON!!" He shouted.

Joe then flew off away from the wreckage and landed. "You're lucky I'm a nice guy..." He said annoyed at her, still remembering she didn't stop to help him out of the rubble.
