Riou had rolled to avoid the ghosts claw attack at his back and came out of it to his feet to see Reimu's attack demolish it. "Thank you, Reimu. I appreciate it."
Athena had blocked the ghosts attack with the staff, but still took the impact had and collapsed to her knees due to her unhealed injuries.
Maka picked up the rags of the ghost. Aw dammit, we did'nt snatch its soul... it seems we have competision for souls around here....

Maka walked back to ship, throws the rags on the ground.
"The fight just ended, and you have been cut up bad."
Tophat ran into the med bay, and put Erica on a bed.
"I only know the basic stuff, but I think I can do this."
It took of Erica's trousers, then started bandaging up the wound.

It finished bandaging up the wound, then smiled at Erica.
"You'll be fine. If you want it to heal faster, catch one of the healers later."
It looked at the cut up trousers.
"These trousers however, are done for. Do you have more clothes in our room?"
"I-Is it over?..." Asha asked Grace, still clearly terrified.
"Ooooh! Great job!" Four cooed to Gerry as she examined his picture.
A television near Grace, somehow still functioning in a nearby abandoned store, started showing a particularly interesting news broadcast.
The scene was that of a view of the city of Rio de Janiero. At the center of the city was a strange looking building, and the ground around it seemed warped and twisted.
From the building a sphere of dark, indigo colored energy was projected and encompassed the entire city. Ghosts looking exactly like the one that had just attacked Asha and the group could be seen flying around the sphere.
The screen showed an image of an anchor-woman. "It's currently day 3 of the strange invasion of Rio de Janiero. For those who might not be familiar with the circumstances, a few days ago a strange building suddenly appeared in the center of Rio and subsequently cut off all communication to the city, and movement in and out has proved impossible. So far, efforts to contact people within the city have been in vain. Our hearts and minds go out to those who have been affected by this recent development."
Asha saw the broadcast and nearly freaked out again.

OOC: Actually what popped into my head when I heard "Special News Bulletin" is the floating fish head that appears in Spongebob Squarepants for the news bulletins.
