OOC: If I were to play them again I would have to do a lot where people went to Alaitoc or Ulthwe or something. If i'd read the Guant's Ghosts books more recently I'd play Guant or something because they're just normal humans. Path of the Seer is the last book I read and that was amazing.

OOC: @Ven I haven't bought the new WD so I'm just going to wait a few days for the full rulebook to come out.
OOC: Some stuff is good some is bad (For my Eldar at least). Power Weapons are now AP3, Glancing hits do not roll on the damage table they just remove a Hull point. Heavy weapons can be fired on the move at BS1, Eldar Jetbikes can move 30" in the shooting phase, Assaults are 2d6 now, everything can be wounded on a 6 now(Wraithlords are now worse), Assault Marines can land on top of models and damage them, Monstrous creatures do not roll 2d6 for armour penetration. I have so much more but I won't bore you.
OOC @Jort GW reasoning was because "They wanted Terminators to be the most unkillable units in the game." Their words. When taking power weapons you can choose a Power Sword: AP 3, Power Axe: +1S -1I AP2. This renders the executioner on my Exarch useless since I have to take the wargear they have, namely power swords. Wound Allocation has changed: Only models that can be seen can be killed and models must be taken from the front. Character challenges a la fantasy are in. "Look out sir!" Is back. The way I see it micro managing positioning will take centre stage. My Exarchs are vulnerable at the front rank now, 'Focus fire' allows units to shoot at only the units not in cover in a squad. So yeah, for now infantry wise its about positioning differant models around differant parts of cover and such. Gaunt and Ork charges can be wittled down from the front now and there is a "Stand and shoot" charge reaction a la fantasy again but resolved at BS1.
OOC @Jort Im not going to judge until I get my rulebook and learn it and play a few games. The one unforgivable thing is the new canon. The Tau Empire....is under the protection of the Imperium. The Space Marine chapters are more independant and rarely comply with the high lords of Terra anymore. Like I said Ill pass judgement once I've read the rules and fluff.

Morg had spent the entire night digging the boundaries of the Bloodbowl pitch and now he was snoozing happily in the center of one of the end zones.
Daniel emerged from the tree line he had departed to yesterday. He yawned and walked towards the ship, running his hand through his hair.
"Enough okay?" He says. "I've had it with you. You can't just jump on people. its why people are scared of dogs." He adjusts his headphones. "Why not break the stereotype you know?" He starts walking past. "Don't even know why Im talking to you." He mumles.
OOC: @Gear Yes I did. Im no good at giving advice so its probably good I missed it. THe burden of choice falls to those whose sentience it is. I don't care what anyone does so long as its their choice, no-one elses influence. Take experience into consideration and then decide. I got this mindset from years of RPGs.
