"I was still angry about how you said torture was all fine as long as the cause is just.
Because it bloody isn't!" Erica exclaimed. then paused again and took a deep breath.
"...Anyway. No, I don't think they would have just handed you over."

Four sighed as she looked back up. "And here I had deluded myself into thinking you girls didn't care about me anymore. I'm sorry, I'm just an idiot. I don't want you both to feel sad...it makes me sad too."

Riou laughs, just a bit. "Point taken. In my experience, sleeping for days on end is usually rather unnatural, though. I suppose that is different for you."

"But! This brings us back to the issue of alienating yourself. We've pretty much ran in a circle here.
Also, if you want to keep out of other people's concerns, why were you so understanding when I talked to you about not having a place in the world?
