Gerry put his book away and took the knifes. He spent several minutes inspecting each of them. He started doing some simple flips to open and close them, then doing some more complex things with them. "[sub]...These are very good quality. Thank you very much.[/sub]" he said as she flipped the knifes closed and gave Winter a deep bow.

Erica tried to calm down, but couldn't do it. Eventually her hyper-ventilating led to her being out of breath wich left her gasping for air.

"I am sure this death will be nothing like your last...for that was not true death." Grace said as she tried to think of a way to calm Erica down. "Think of it this way, if and when you die, you will no longer have to worry about finding your place in this world, or being harmed by another. You need not worry about anything." she said.

Returning the bow with a curtsy, I quickly wink at Gerry, and hug him.

"Plus, they will never dull, so don't worry about sharpening them. Consider it a gift. Cause that's what friends are for!<3"

Eventually letting go, I start walking back to the bridge to get a few things from my bed.

"Take care of yourself and those you want to protect ok?" I say to Gerry, just before leaving.

Grace's attempts to comfort Erica had quite the opposite effect as she reflected on how empty and unfulfilling her life had been.
"I... d-don't w-ant to die! I.. h-have barely l-lived!" She managed to say while still gasping for air.
"I-it's n-not f-fair!"

Tophat sat on a stone in hell, glaring out over the landscape. It was resting its hands on its sword, which was stuck in the ground.

Dio had gone back to Earth, and was meditating by his bed.

Grace did not want to have to resort to using magic to calm Erica, but was unsure of what to say to her at this point, so she looked to Makoto for assistance.

Makoto gave Erica a hug, also wrapping her tail around her. "You're not going to die. Just calm down and we can talk about this propperly."

OoC: @Nailik Seymour? That antler-haired prick? He was one of the worst things about FFX, and considering how bad FFX was, that's quite a feat.

OoC: @Nail Actually, I once thought it would be interesting to bring in an alternate universe Satan, that had won and absorbed the Kabbalah and a whole universe. Then, I thought about it, and not only would he have the powers of ALL the other Recipes, but hold the entire energy of a whole universe (the energy of the Big Bang). He would literally be so unstoppable and overpowered, that nothing could stand a chance against him. And I mean nothing. Not even True Form Jio would stand a chance. And I could see no convincing "Win Condition" for the group that wouldn't be completely forced.
So, I scrapped that idea.

@Gear I actually liked FFX. Seymour wasn't good (he was no Kefka/Sephiroth), but I liked the combat system and the new summon system. It was really cool to control the Summons for once.

Approaching my bed, I sighed again. More of these falling asleep episodes....

Taking out my Zweihander, it splits into two twin kodachi blades, as my body morphs into Spring.

"Ahhhh...<3 Much better!" I giggle, walking out of the bridge again.

Shang Tsung had finshed eating all the souls of woodland animals and goes towards the ship"Hehehe I gain their trust and eat their souls.Now I just have to change to a more likeable form"Shang Tsung changes to the form of a small wounded puppy.And whimpers outside the ship

As much as Erica tried to calm down, she had worked herself into a spiral of panic.
As her panic made her hyper-ventilate, depriving her of oxygen. And the lack of oxygen further fueled her panic.

OoC: @Saltyk Seymor was bassically the fusion of Mateus and Kefka, with a hearty dose of stupid. And FFX... Soundtrack, battle system, Auron, Jecht, awesome. Everything else, shit.

Grace sighed and started the calming spell, making it very powerful so it would work fast. "Just breath Erica, please." she said.

OoC: @Nail Yeah, I thought so, too.
And I actually liked Shiva a lot, in FFX. I don't know why, but she came across as an awesome Aeon to me. Maybe it was because of how she was introduced.
@Gear Oh, okay, then. As long as you can see the good points, then we're okay.
Also, isn't saying a Final Fantasy game has great music kinda redundant, at this point? I mean SE makes great music.

For reasons unknown to her, Erica began to feel more serene. With the burden on her mind lifted, Erica began breathing normaly again.

OOC: I was afraid Erica would die due to lack of oxygen there. That would've been pretty anticlimatic.
@Gear: I thought the soundtrack of FFX was rather weak.

OoC: @Saltyk Good point. Even FFXIII, also known as FF Corridor Edition, had some good tracks. Blinded by Light, fucking AWESOME, espicially the Dissida 012 remix.
