AEanna darted back into the ship and reappeared wearing her unusual scale covered armour. As she approached the others she caught sight of the IS mechs and her eyes widened in recognition, but then she focused on the matter at hand and cast a spell of ebonyflesh to bolster the armour's protection, then prepared to face the coming foe.

The thing returns, seemingly larger then before.
"SORRY, I HAD THINGS TO TAKE CARE OF. VERY IMPORTANT THINGS!"

In those few seconds...

The giant thing seems to shrink down, slowly growing smaller and smaller, until it reached the size of a human. It seemed to float for a moment, before molding into something... Until it seems to vanish.

OoC: As an afterthought... that was stupid.
I really need to think things through before I do stuff.
