That may be, but your people are also threatened by these attacks, and the loss of their crops and livestock can drive them to starvation. It is also understandable then why they would want to rmove the dragons. It is nature's way to create such competition, and it is mortal nature to try and overcome it with all the force they can muster."

"By all means defend yourselves but not at the expense of such a rare creature. Will that make you better than him?" He produced the book and threw it onto the floor. "I'm leaving. You disgust me." He turned and began walking away.

Jack approaches the Olive green orb as it lies next to one of the supports of Four's ship and kneels down to get a closer look. "Hmm. I cannot see the reason why they were so eager to not touch it by hand. But there are always other ways to pick up objects." Jack opens one of the bags on his belt and retrieves his daggers. Then using the sides of the blades he clamped the orb and picked it up before dropping it in his bag. He then sheathed the daggers as he stood up. "Never leave spoils of war unguarded, lest looters take the treasure." Jack then stretched and headed back to the stump he had been sitting on.
Winter sighs and then asks Grace. "Where is Gerry anyways? I haven't seen that drawing that he did of me and Makoto."
Daniel slinks into his cave in a foul mood. He couldn't be still and paced angrily around the antechamber, biting his nails.
