James groaned as the majority of the team ignored his command. He knew that most of them were not military, but was still awestruck that such a basic maneuvre was beyond their level of discipline. As Erica, Makoto and AEanna did as he had said, he shifted his stubby P90 to his right had and drew his pistol with his left, so that he could at least cover a wider angle at once.

Xu falls down from the slap, and bolts up.
"Why should I! Something is going to KILL US! Soon we'll be nothing but roasted people!" he said. He had obviously never been in this kind of danger before.

Tophat walked over to James and took part in the circle, and took out its pistol.
"No hostiles in a twenty meter radius, at least for now."

Every other building on the street around the group burst into flames. Wind started to blow and obscured one end of the street with smoke from the burning buildings. From the smoke, a small woman (about 5'2"/158cm) came out a approached the group. "Hi." She said, giving them a sheepish wave.

As Tophat and Joe moved into the defensive circle, James heard the quiet voice of a young woman, and light footsteps approaching. His eyes narrowed, and his fingers tightened on their triggers.He twisted around to see where it had come from.

Xu looks at the woman, and whips out his gun.
