AEanna finished her spell and James flexed his arm, grinning at the fine work.
"Thanks. I owe you one." He said to her, before looking back to Joe.
"Yeah... it got messy after that. I'm just glad that no one was badly hurt." And that I didn't have to put down yet another mate.

Xu retrives his Pokemon, and lets out his newest addition, or rather, a temporary addition.

The sky grows blazing hot as the skyscape is suddenly clear of clouds, the sun shining brightly on everyone near the ship, blinding those who look at it.[footnote]Or, you could just say 'The sunlight is strong'[/footnote]

The group can hear a heavy sound of footsteps in the distance, and can see Xu with something big and red behind him.

OoC: @Drak I'm not sure... on one hand, I do have something that could provide a decent counter to "I don't care cause they don't care", but on the other hand, there's hints that Makoto's very fragile about certain issues. I push it too far, and... well, best case scenario she undergoes a (probably permanant) personality change to a bitter, hateful loner, worst case she ends up having a complete mental breakdown. So I have to be very careful with this.

@Wacky: Since Xu's not from fifth gen, you caught Groudon I assume?

Joe looked at James and Winona for a moment thinking like they were hiding something but then he felt really hungry. "Can we get some food... I'm hungry, and maybe somewhere there isn't stairs so James doesn't get hurt..." Joe said slowly as he got up.

Xu looks at the group, and puts the new Pokemon inside its Pokeball, and stands outside the ship.

OoC: @Wacky Because I reread your post, saw I missed out on the "giant red thing" detail that obviously means it couldn't be a mega neko, and I was embarresed that I got it so wrong so I redacted my post.

@Wacky: Well the only pokemon with drought is Groudon and dreamworld vulpix and ninetails, so I did the math.

"I'd say it was most likely after food or water. Looking around the landscape, there doesn't seem to be much of that available. All the people MIGHT have scared it off. I wouldn't say that it's very common for dragon's to do so, but if it was weak or injured, that would seem like a likely case." Riou half said to Erica, half thought out loud. He looks back at her, hearing the excitement in her voice and with a bit of a smile said.
"Incredible. The wind. The clouds. Having the powerful beast under you as you soar high above the ground. It's almost like you don't have a care in the world. It was one of the fringe benefits of doing business with the Dragon Knights." He winked with that last sentence. "I wonder if Futch ever became the captain..."

OoC: @Wacky Well I have no idea what any of that means. So it's news and surprise to me.
