"Those creatures, whatever you called them, had a long history of assault and battery. They were certainly dangerous. It was a miracle no one was killed. You put down dangerous animals. Human life is more important than animal life. And I was perfectly willing to give them a second chance when you and the trainer claimed you could teach them." Riou said. "If what you say is true, even a little, there is doubt of whether it is dangerous or not. And I doubt you because you have made some suspicious comments, that imply you know more, than you are letting on." He looks over at the city. "As of yet, we have no idea, what has done that in full. A dragon could reasonably be responsible, but I don't think it is."

"Because I looked back at my past. It will forever haunt me. There's nothing I can do about. But what I can do... Is look to the future." Winter looks at the skies above, then back at Four.

"A future, that I know I could never be a part of. But I can be used to bring about that."

Austin runs back to the kitchen and snags 2 plates.

<color=darkgreen>"Remember to share!" Winona reminded Austin.

Athena walks into the kitchen. "Pancakes? Have your sisters eaten, yet?"

Austin noms down the pancakes. "What? I can't hear you over the sound of my stomach growling! I've been feeding on tree frogs all day!"

 

[Slenn]

Winona rolls her eyes.

The rest of the sisters made their way to the kitchen.

Austin smiles at the Mason sister then to Gwen. "Things are already looking on the up and up!"

"Yes, because clearly humans stand above everything else! No matter if a creature is smarter then the average human, no matter if it's capable of feats humans could only dream of, we are soooo much better then them!
Who are you to judge if one species is better then the other? No one!
Nearly every conflict ever could have been avoided if it weren't for people they are better then something else." Erica retort, yelling. "and the dragon isn't dangerous!
Even when that wanker Mithas was chucking bombs at it, it didn't fight back!"

Thar woke up

"Ah bloody hell, I'm covered in ants"

Thar stood up brushing the ants off of his coat, looking around

"Whatever. If you don't want to give normal life a shot, that's you problem. If you think there's no possible future for you, just go ahead and keep deluding yourself. Keep telling yourself you've got no future, maybe you'll burn every bridge you have and make that true." Four said, still looking down at the ground.

"I've never encountered a creature smarter than a human. Not by a long shot. And I am capable of feats most humans can only dream about, that doesn't make me better than them. And I wasn't there, so I can't comment on what has or has not happened with that creature. You're far too emotionally involved in this. Leading me to believe you truly are hiding something." Riou responds, calmly.

"Mabye I can convince that Thar fellow to not hate elves.Always worth a shot."Mithas goes outside to find the dwarf

<color=purple>"Really? It better be, or it'll ruin my pancake eating mood." Each of the Four sisters grabbed their own plate and started eating. There was still plenty of batter left to make more.

Thar stood near the tree line, surveying the the landscape and glancing at his watch every once in a while

"Never met a creature smarter then a human? Then you havn't looked around these past few weeks.
And I'm emotionally involved because I care. Unlike the rest, I'm not emotionally dead."

Winter hostlers her machine pistol. She slowly starts walk towards Four.

"Define 'normalcy' for staying here. If we aren't fighting something supernatural, then we are fighting stranger things. My future... Is mine to hold. As is yours. 'Fate is what we make it'. I finally understand why the Time Divers held me as their own for 10 years. To never take granted of the things I hold dear to my heart. And that includes you."

She stops about a yard away from Four.

"No amount of sorry's can erase what I did to you. You or Gwen. I wouldn't mind being shunned by the both of you. That's simply what I have accepted."

Austin has a stupid grin on his face. With the past few days of being with the group, he has grown a slight beard around his chin and sides of his face. He still has his mustache though.

"Trust me. I feel it."

Winona finished her fill and continued to make more batches.

Mithas comes over to Thar"What could I possiblly do that would convince you to stop being a bigot to elves"

"I'm not sure what you're getting at. Are you referring to the dwarf or elf boy? We have those back in my world, too. As well, as Kobold, Lizards, and Duck clans. All bipedal creatures which are very similar to humans." Riou says to Erica.

"Thank you Winona..." Joe said politely, reaching up to his neck again, reaching for his space helmet which was the only thing that he still owned of the Joes. Omega Joe had made it for him back when they went to the moon to help stop Joe from falling into a stupor every time he saw a spaceship. But now it was gone.
