OoC: @Slenn Keep in mind, the idea here is to have magic that can be explained by science, or at least soft science. Anyway, the idea is that healing magic in this verse works by coating the wound in a substance that can replicate bone, muscle, skin, etc, then pumping energy into it and the surroudning area to promote healing. However, it requires special training, a bit of time, and for the subject to have enough protein, calcium, whatever, to remake the damaged area.

OoC: @Sable Yeah, that whole "I'm the leader" thing will just make Luca want to chop his head off all the more. No one orders him.

@Random: Size of a short sword. It revolves around an axis attached to his right arm, below the elbow. That gives him a large circular range for cutting. That's why he can stab Winter from behind him.

@Gear. That sounds plausible. Kinda reminds me of stem cell replication. Only you're speeding it up. This substance sounds like it's a mixture of proteins, sugars and fat molecules to structure cells. However, the way your describing it, it sounds like a catalyst for replicating cell structure. Energizing catalysts via heat is also a way of speeding up a chemical reaction. So in a sense, with some benefits of the doubt, something like that sounds plausible.

OOC: @Rosh, Right, I have the idea. This flexibility of his makes CqC holds ineffective, but fortunately James doesn't specialise in CQC for close combat. Also, his speed and strength should balance it out well.
