ooc: @Zeph Screw it, I can't find it. I remember that I said it was a blend of science and magic, where the science determines the location that the portal will connect to and magic tears a hole in the dimensional and spacial barriers between the two points. Something like that.

As Sable tested the portal it ignites with a green hue before reverting to the regular blue and white swirls. Joe looks happy that the portal worked, but still seems a little tired.
