Asha walked into her room and unceremoniously flopped down onto her bed.

The sisters washed their dishes in the sink and headed outside to do some reading.

She whispers to him. "You really do love her don't you?"

"Hmm. Exactly. At the same time though, I can't deny that the detachment does come with the job, to a certain extent. I mean, when every encounter can result in one of your team contracting a lethal disease taht they will spread to others unless you put them out of their misery... well, fighting a war like that, you need to be able to pull the trigger, no matter how well you knew them. Otherwise you'll end up dead, or crazy. I suppose after fighting under those conditions so long, when someone gets caught with a vaguely similar affliction, its understandable that you might not assume that there's a way to save both them and the people that they threaten."

Winter lowers to her body to Gerry. "Everything will work out in the end, alright? Go to Asha. She needs you... Go..."

"Very true... But now, I must check on something. Farewell sir!" he snaps to attention and heads outside. He smiles at the Mason Sisters as he takes out his weapon of choice, a Pure-Koltanium knife. Perfect for CQC. He starts practicing the basics.

"OY make sure you don't damage anything more ya stupid gits, i got to repair that" Mr Nailbrain shouted, drawing his choppa
"guards, make sure dat da demons here get off da ship wit'out breaking anything"

Mr Nailbrain then proceeded to the teleporta, to begin repairing and recharging it

The sisters smile and wave back. EMily and Winona put down their books and start watching Austin do his training.

"Alright then Austin. See you around." James said, responding with a salute of his own, before getting up from the table and yawning loudly, then heading off to the communal quarters.

AEanna prepared to head to her quarters as well, but on closing the spell tome, she raised a hand and gestured at the tome, which levitated into the air, and turned lazily on its axis at a further gesture. She beamed with pleasure, before taking it from the air and leaving the kitchen.

Austin smiles, continues a few moves. Whipping out his revolver, he starts using both revolver and knife with the CQC moves.

"So ladies... Have we a plan for taking back Sable's castle?" he says, pausing to interrogate an invisible opponent.

"Gerry... If you isolate yourself from her, then she'll think that you don't want to be with her... Do you want that?" Winter says motherly.
