Kefka also seems to enjoy life, in his own way, but he also treats things as insignificant and unimportant, giving him both the "positive" and "negative" traits I listed.
Regulus is all about anger and hatred. He despises life and wants to destroy it. He even feeds off anger.
To put it in perspective, I listed Ikaros as wind. Partly because he is a literal giant fly. But he also hates the earth. That is the ground itself. Notice how he lives in a floating city, and even within the city itself, spends most of his time in a floating throne. In fact, he never appeared somewhere that wasn't flying, and always sent others to do his dirty work on teh ground below. He saw everything as beneath him. Even his own subordinates were mere pawns, and any concerns they had were trivial. Basically, he had all the negatives without any positives.
