It continues to pas over the airport, slowing down its pace.

The soldier lead Sniper to some quite nice quarters. Not the best, but what could one imagine from a airport?
Evilington headed up to the control tower and observed the machine.
"Strange thing, that."
Old-fashioned anti-air guns aim at the machine.
"Hold your fire."
OoC: How do you guys think I'm doing with Evilington so far?

 

[Random berk]

"Yes, I think that must have been it. I have heard a few people talk about these bullets before. I do not know anything about the weapons though. They have so many parts, and I do not know why, or what the function of each one is. They are dangerous too. The first time I picked one up, I fired it without knowing how, and almost shot Dromaeus. That was why one of his long horns had a cracked tip."

"Well, keep him under control then." James said to the Medic, then noticed the hat on Heavy's head, recognising it. His hand blurred out and snatched it before Heavy could react, and he threw it frisbee like to Erica.
"I think you were lookning for that?" He remarked.

OOC: I've go to go for a few minutes. If James taking Tophat disagrees with people, feel free to retcon it.

OOC: Would like to see some more personality out of him, @Kirke. Maybe find a way to establish a some quirks or interests or dislikes of his.

Sniper went about inspecting the room he was in, seeing if there were any traps or surveillance systems.

Grace finished with her shower, dried off, and got dressed. She then waited for Makoto.

Winter and Austin nods, heading back to their ship. Within a few seconds, they emerge again, stocked and reload.

"Let's see what Willy made this time.."

Spoiler: The machine picks up the anti-air guns pointing at it, as it turns around and the reply to the control tower changes.

It opens up its chaingun, split missiles and railgun.

Heavy see's Tophat be flung to Erica.
"Why you take my tophat?" he asked.

 

[Chungus]

"They're pretty darn complicatedm yes. On more then on--" Erica was stopped mid-sentance when James tossed Tophat at her.
She barely managed to catch it, although she fell over by doing so.
"Tophat! There you are!" She said to Tophat as she got to her feet again.
"This isn't your Tophat, this is the Tophat!" she said to Heavy.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Makoto had spent a while in the showers. She had a fair bit of blodd and dirt on gher from yesterday's battle. She finished, turned the water off, wrapped a towel around herself, and walked out of the cubicle picking up her clothes. "Don't suppose there's a changing room around here?"

Tophat slowly wakes up, confused.

He then walks down from the tower.

"It is tophat. I see no reason to add 'the' to it." he said.

The machine continues floating away, then after getting to a safe distance from the airport boosts closer and closer to the group.

"I will wait outside for you." Grace said to Makoto as she walked outside.

Sniper hit the deck when he heard heavy ordinance coming down nearby.

 

[Kirke]

Lord Evilington goes down to the lobby, where several wounded AA-gunners stood, nervous.
"Idiots! Do not act without my permission! You are responsible for the destruction for those guns!"
He pauses, and regains his composure.
"George?"
He diciplined soldier grunts.
"Take care of them."
George nods and moves the gunners out of the lounge.
Sniper would not find any surveillance systems, except a cleary destroyed camera.

 

[Chungus]

"I was worried about you!" Erica said to Tophat.
"It's not just any Tophat, it's a living Tophat." She said to Heavy.
Seeing as it suddenly got a whole lot darker, Erica looked up at the sky and saw the floating mechanical monstrosity. "Well, shit..." She muttered to herself as she backed off towards the ship.

"Thanks." Makoto waited until Grace had left, then dropped the towel and got dressed. When she was done, she walked out. "So, where are the others?"

 

[Kirke]

(To Erica: Wait, what's going on?)
Tophat asked, confused.

 

[Wackymon]

Heavy looks at Erica, "I do not see how how hat can be alive. It is like saying sentry turret is alive."
He looks up at the sky, and prepares his shotgun.

Medic see's the shadow, and pulls out his crossbow.

"I am not sure. Perhaps we should check outside." Grace said as she started toward the exit.
