James heard the hum of the drone's engine as it appeared behind him and began to turn as the beam ensnared him an dragged him close.
"Damn it! What the hell..." He struggled in the beam, flailing for the sniper rifle on his back as he did so. Finally managing to snatch it from his back, he levelled it and fired a point blank shot at the drone's fuselage, then dropped the rifle so that it hung on its sling and grabbed the rim of the disclike machine with both hands. Taking a firm hold, he kicked at the turret hanging beneath it, smashing his boot into the casing hard and repeatedly as it slowly ascended.

AEanna heard Reimu's theory and decided to try attacking the Chrysalis differently. Taking the staff of Magnus from her satchel, she aimed its orb at the aircraft and began to try and drain the machine of magicka, life-energy, whatever the staff could take.

(To Erica: If they fire from above, I'll do my best to stop the bullets.)
Tophat assured Erica with a somewhat cheeky tone.

Medic easily destroyed the drones, as James is now in freefall, the explosion scorching his hand.

Most of Heavy's bullets hit the main pod, making the Chrysalis fumble in the air more. AEanna's attack started draining the Chrysalis of its energy, making it unable to use its railgun.

Bzzzztt...! Ramming, Ramming

The Chrysalis tucks away its railgun and boosts insanely at the group, hoping to smashing to them.

OoC: Remember that its twice the size of Four's ship, Group 2 GO!

@Nail: Yup, group 2 now!

 

[Slenn]

Gwen and EMily each grabbed Winona and Sara respectfully and moved away from the boosts at the speed of light. They reappeared behind the ship, floating in mid-air using their energy.

Reimu fired her Fantasy Seal at the center mass of the ship, hoping to stop its momentum.

Winona stood by to gather energy.

Gwen fires a gravity tug worth 10 times that of Earth's gravity at the ship to pull it back from its ramming.

EMily fires an antimatter stream at the ship to break apart the armor.

Sara fires some Uranium slugs at where EMily hit to add lemon juice to a cut, so-to-speak.

Grace creates a strong Barrier pillar for The Chrysalis to smash into.

Erica laughed at Tophat's comment, but then something felt off. The Rune on her hand was glowing rather strongly.
She stood up and felt compeled to leave the building she was hiding in and head towards the battle. Strongs winds formed around Erica.
Seeing the Chrysalis, Erica raised her hand, and the symbol of a cyclone flashed infront of it.
A tornado formed right under the Chrysalis, tearing up everything in its path. Trees, cars, pieces of debris, all was shredded by the powerful winds.
Eventually, the tornado died down.

"I... I don't know..." Erica said to Tophat as she looked at her hand, both awestruck and horrified at what just happened.

@ALL: Battle's technically over...

The large machine crashed into Grace's barrier pillar, causing it to boost back into the air, wobbling alot.

The combine attack by the Mason Sisters and Reimu made The Chrysalis' wings and machine parts start emitting smoke, as Erica had the final blow as the machine crashed into the ground, the main pod changing from a red color to an orange color.

Winter and Austin (Who have surprising been out of the battle, hoping to get the machines attention) fire their weapons at the main pod, as the latch opened up. They attempted to get inside the pod, but were electrocuted and thrown back.

"Damnit! We can't get in!"
"Anybody here an expert on spirits? We gotta disable it before it repairs itself!"

Heavy continues to shoot him, and Medic begins to heal everyone in the area.

Darwin and Alison during the cover of battle started to sneak into the ship towards the kitchen

"Wierd... kinda scary... but at the same time pretty darn cool!" Erica said to Tophat as she walked over to the Crysalis. The winds arounds her died down.
"Tophat, can you do something here?" She asked it, hearing Austin's question.

 

[Random berk]

James fell, flailing his arms as he instinctively reached for a handhold that wasn't there. He hit the ground with a sickening crack and coughed up a gout of dark blood.

AEanna stared in amazement as the cyclone wrecked the Chrysalis and it came down a short distance away, the sound of rending metal and earth almost deafening. Joining the others on the wreckage, she stepped forward as Winter and Austin failed to penetrate the pod.

"What do we need to do to disable it?"

Grace walked toward the thing as well.

"Yeah, I know nothing about that, so I can't help." Makoto saw James coughing blood, and ran over. "Crap, we need a medic!"

Medic begins to heal up James.

Tophat tried to move the spirit energy out into the air.
