OOC: @Saltyk. Probably his rune, since her spirit cards have been used against normal humans in Touhou like Alice and Patchouli. Granted they had powers as well (which made them tough to take down), but not to the degree of Riou's magnitude.

OoC: Wait a minute. I just saw something that claimed that the world of Suikoden is only 1,000 years old. I think I need to do some research to see if that is right. If it is correct, then the True Runes created the world effectively as it was. No evolution or anything else.

Anger was hit by Heavy and was trown against the wall by the force of the punch. It fired an energy beam in return. At this range, Heavy, especially with his bulk, would be hard pressed to avoid the beam. "I think not." It said to Make, ducking to avoid the scythe slash.
From its crouching position, it fired an energy beam at Maka.
"I ask of thee again, weapon.
Dost thou not hate the mutant who stand before thee?" It asked Mu again.

Makoto jumped back, but she hit the wall. There was nowhere to dodge anymore, she had to go on the offensive. "I'm sorry Noel..." She ran forward, going for a punch to the head to try and KO Mu.

Riou backs off seeing that the fight was far too clustered and people weren't fighting smart. "Calm down. Don't just attack without concern for the others. Take them into account and avoid attacking your allies."
