"Well, it's not completely unexplainable. In my world we use various Runes. The most common are Earth, Fire, Wind, Water, and Lightning. So, there's an explanation in that." Riou replied.

OoC: @Kirke Ever see the aftermath of a tornado? How would you describe that?

"Even so, he should have said it himself." James replied, and slung his rifle on his back before bending to pull his boot back on. He noticed AEanna approach while pulling her dress back down over her head and grinned to himself at the sight.
"It would have led to a lot less confrontations." he said when he was back on his feet.

Erica saw Daniel wave at her and returned it before turning back to James.
"He did tell. Just today.
He was frightenedthe rest would kill him on sight if they learned he was a dragon.
I can't say I blame him for that fear, seeing as how some reacted."

OoC: @Salt & @Nail Yes, houses and such can be shredded. Because the lighter stuff flies away or falls over. Tophat isn't stuck to the ground, so it would just fly away. If it was nailed to the ground, then yes, it would get shredded.

OOC: @Kirke The wind would carry debris and such, even small stones could tear skin and shatter windows at tornado speed winds.

"I'm sorry, maybe I wasn't too clear before hand." Riou holds up his left hand revealing a lightning bolt like symbol.
"This is a simple Rune. It's a Thunder Rune to be precise. It's unlike my True Rune. These are fairly common. In fact, there are shops just full of the basic Runes that they sell and will embed for a small fee. I don't know of too many people that work on Runes. Except for Crowley and his students, like Mazus."

OoC: The geometric shapes you were talking about in the water.

"Again, we reacted that way, because as far as we knew he was an animal that viewed us as prey. If we'd known that he had a human mind, that he didn't have any reason to attack us, then we wouldn't have had an issue with him."

OoC: @Kirke A tornado is the lowest form of the True Wind Rune's power... That's a basic spell.
Beyond that, A wizard did it.

Daniel walked up to James. "As far as you knew is exactly the problem. Shoot first and whatever." The measurement of a human mind for rationallity made anger flare once more inside him. "I don't judge you as prey because you have a human mind while I have the mind of a Dragon. Don't assume becuase I can reason that it must be a human quality."

OOC: Over a lake the wind may pull in differant directions and wrench something apart. I always think of wind as sharp anyway DAMN YOU NARUTO!!

"Human mind, sentient mind, you know what I meant. And tell me, how many times have I shot you?" Then he looked back to Erica.
"Mithas was out of line, I'll give you that. Having said it, I understand where he was coming from. He said that dragons terrorised his people."

"He is right. The dragons in Skyrim were very different to you, Daniel. Mithas should not have fired when you did not attack though." AEanna added.

"You said 'uncontrollable deities'. This Rune is not a deity by any stretch of the imagination. It might be a 'child' of the True Lightning Rune, but it posses no conscious. No desire. It is just a Rune. No different than a sword, really. That's what I was referring to." Riou explained, putting his hand down.

OoC: @Ven That is a trope of anime, honestly. All anime do the cutting wind idea. Even games do it.
