"This was meant to be my big adventure." He smirked. "Well its nothing like what I expected. I didn't suspect so much...violence."
"No. They don't grow into True Runes or anything. I used the term for simplicity." Riou thinks for a moment. "A Fire Rune and a Rage Rune are children of the True Fire Rune. But neither will grow into a new True Fire Rune. I don't know how such Runes are formed either. I think they simply appear as manifestations of a True Rune's power in the world after that Rune is awakened. That's the best guess I have."

Fact is, you'll have to get used to violence, you'll be seeing a lot. All you can do now is choose how best to deal with that violence. I've seen the options, and as far as I'm concerned, I madde the right one myself, however much it may have cost me."

The sisters swam ashore to the beach to find Reimu there, relaxing under the shade.

"I don't know about order and chaos or any of that stuff." James said, his voice firm as he pressed on. "What I do know is that nothing is absolute. You say now that you won't kill, and if you mean that you won't kill indiscriminately, then I support you. But those monsters that we've faced? Chanda, her master, that Regulus thing? Every one of them are responsible for the deaths of countless innocents. They do not deserve to be spared, and for the sake of the innocent people that they will someday kill, cannot be spared. It is our obligation to put them down before that, and while you may not be able to do that, you won't get in my way either Do you understand?"
