OOC: Okay, you know what? Since the sisters lived in a society where Europe reclaimed the North American Territories, I'll say they'll know some stuff.

The sisters were hesitant at first, but gave their shot at Portuguese from their time in Europe and a few encounters with such people in their own nation.

Riou continued to look for some people that he could delegate duties to among the group of survivors.

OoC: @Nail Kind of why he's looking for someone he can talk to to find out information about the city, the people, the local environment. And of course ask to help him get them in order for whatever we end up doing.

@salt i know.. first we put them all in a room.... then we cook them to feed the other starving people... then we cook those ones to feed the more starving people

we tell them all t o run. then start shooting them as they run away

@Salty: I dunno, call the army or something? I kinda find it a little strange that none of the civilians happen to be anyone with a clue as to what to do in such a situation. I mean, was every single fireman, policeman, etc. killed in all the explosions?

Some of the people look up to the Mason sisters, understanding what they were talking about.
After a while of searching, someone stood up when Riou spoke. "I speak English."A middle aged man said with a trembling voice.

OoC: I agree with Kirke. Toss some tents in their general direction and job done.

OOC: Well I'm going to take a shower. Scout will be yelling at the coffee machine and Pyro will be petting the cute little kitty

OoC: @Drak My thoughts exactly. The mayor, chief of police, ire chief, considering we're in the capital of Brazil, the President (Brazil has a President, right?)? None of these people are around?

Grace tried to set up a area where she could collect the wounded. Makoto helped bring those that were injured over to where Grace was.

Medic groans as he began healing the civilian's. Heavy was handing out chocolate bars at everyone.

Four woke up again after having fallen asleep. Hearing that the city had been destroyed, she angrily punched at the wall and nearly broke her hand. "Goddammit! Why did we wait so long?! And why did I just do that?!" She shouted, wincing in pain.

Most of the wounded merely had cuts and bruises, although there were those with burns, some quite severe.
The people took the chocoate bars handed to them by Heavy, though most didn't eat them imediately.
