"Can someone vouch for you?" She asked the Scout as she kept walking. She made it to the bridge and started contacting various relief organizations and alerting them to a 'disaster in Brasilia'.

"Things are never clean cut Four. Nothing ever comes immediately. You must give some time. Keep training with that IS mech... Or even call up Charlotte and Laura if they are available. I got a few reports from them earlier and they have been trying to rebuild Paris for some time. Or you could even train with me. I have my Vaisaga Armor and that works kinda like the IS mech..."
She quietly radioed Amy as she joined with Winter and Four.

"I doubt anyone can organize and get here quicker than that. And they'll survive, just tell them to set up shelters and take water from the lake."

After a while, the man who was looking for surviving gorvement officials gathered a group of about 74 other people. They seemed to debate on what to do for some time, then walked back to Riou.
"We think we should move, try and reach another state. We're going to be needing food and shelter."
