Four sighed as she looked out the window and saw the destroyed city, stroking Gerry's head idly. She noticed the strangely out of place, not-destroyed warehouse and parked next to Winter's ship. She turned on the PA system and addressed everyone in the ship, "Alright folks, here we are, back in Brasilia to help Winter investigate this weird warehouse. Let's get this over with." She turned and noticed the others who had come to the bridge and said, "What I said just now."

"Oh? Why do I have a bad feeling about this?" Riou says aloud to no one in particular.

Gerry didn't want to move, so he didn't.

Grace sat next to Makoto and put an arm around her. "You and I are more alike in that regard. I have been unfairly judged for much of my life. It is not an easy pain to over come, I know. But I am a stronger person because of the adversity that I faced, and so are you." she said.

Erica groanded. "I did not miss this place. But I suppose it can't be helped."

"On the surface, it is relatively small. I know not what lies beneath, however." Anger replied. "Although taking a city, while less secure, is a whole lot more... entertaining.
Not that I actually can be entertained, but the point still stands."

The three spot Four's ship in the air. "'Bout damned time..."
"Quiet Kaz...."
"Yes Big Sis."

 

[Demonjazz]

Philip's plane landing went rather well. He walked off. He needed some fresh air. That and he really wasn't getting enough exercise these days. Especially since he got leg braces from that church burning. He hide them with his priest robes. Some times they would show up and people would question them. But most times they didn't.

"Yeah, it's not easy, but... I wouldn't be who I am without it..." Makoto leaned on Grace a little. "Thanks Grace..."

OoC: @Rosh I can only describe my reaction to that as waving my arms around in disgust and making a noise somewhat like "whrrrg" in a squicked-out and scared tone of voice.

On a more serious note, it is nice to have a soft moment like this.

"Because you have a very good reason to: experience." Four said to Riou. She continued stroking Gerry's head like he was a pet. Then she directed the ship to land next to Winter's.

@Rosh: I thought Ocelot considered double-crossing to be the ultimate form of expression?

Grace hugged Makoto. "Think nothing of it." she said quietly.

Gerry hummed softly in appreciation of Four's actions.

 

[Saltyk]

"Yeah, reminds me of when we tried to retake Muse..." Riou comments, as he leaves the bridge to walk to the ship's exit.

Dio walked over to the communal sleeping area, and took of his armour.

Tophat woke up, and mentally yawned.
Feels like I've slept a long time...

@Gear: Aaawww.... So your not going to let me borrow Makoto? It won't happen until very late in my plot.... *sadness*
@Drak: Ocelot double-crosses for the LOLZ and to get his own way. He gets the torture idea as 'The Ultimate Form of Expression' from Volgin in MGS 3.

The Three waited for everybody to get out...

Makoto hugged Grace back. "Sorry about breaking down a little like that, it's just... I don't like to talk about my past very much..."

That's because you have. Erica replied as she looked outside through the window onthe bridge.

"Few know what lies beneath. As for thy second query, I would hesitate to call it important, per se. It would simply make for a secure stronghold."

"I understand completely." Grace said as she rubbed Makoto's back to try and comfort her.

 

[Saltyk]

"Well, I couldn't care less. Do what you will." Luca replies, tapping the hilt of his sword.

 

[Drakmorg]

Four kept sitting in the Captain's chair, since she couldn't get up with Gerry sitting in her lap, and she didn't feel like moving him as she kept stroking his hair. She looked at the security feed and wondered if the PA system connected to Grace and Makoto's room had been cut out, as they didn't seem to notice any of her announcements.

OoC: Don't really know what to do with Tophat to be honest. Might write it out.
