Daniel dodged to the side. He'd never seen a dragon do anything like this. This was his best chance to get away while it circled above. His wings picked up speed as the began carrying him as fast as he could fly, staying relatively low away from the clouds.

 

[Chungus]

"Oh, heya Four." Erica replied with a slightly more alert-sounding voice then before, though she till sounded tired.
"That is exactly what I did. I just couldn't stay awake any longer." She said, then groaned. "Damn... This hurts. I'm aching and stiff all over!"

OoC: Back. Christ, I missed out on a fair bit, didn't I? I'm all read up though. Anyone want me?

The sisters woke up and went into the ethereal plane to get ready for the day.

Daniel's fleeing had let him escape from the slowly growing cloud cover that formed over Rio. The Dragon however seemed focused and determined on its task. It kept circling in the skies, its path growing longer and longer with each pass as more and more clouds seemed to form. The cloud cover over the city continued to spread and grow, slowly chasing and pushing after Daniel.

"I know! That's exactly why I told you not to do that. Hopefully the next time we're in a city I can find an abandoned furniture store or something and can get some chairs that don't do that to people out of spite." Four said to Erica. "Man, if only Grace were awake, she fixed me up right quick when this happened to me."

@Gear: Yeah, I'm pretty much with Nail on this one. Chit-chat's all I've got in mind for now.

OoC: Ok then... Four and Erica are in the kitchen, right?

Makoto woke up. She stood, stretching and yawning.

Daniel continued to fly away, his method of flying made it hard to look behind him in full flight as his body arched and rose in time with his wings.

 

[Chungus]

"What city? They're all gone." Erica gloomily replied, still leaning on the kitchen counter. She then sighed and added, "Meh. It's alright. This'll probally fade in a few minutes. [sub]Probally...[/sub]"

OoC @Gear: Yup.

Makoto left her room, heading for the kitchen. She saw Erica and Four. "Hey guys. You two allright?"

 

[Drakmorg]

"Hopefully." Four said, ignoring Erica's comment about all the cities being destroyed. "Anyway, you need any help?" She heard Makoto and turned to face her. "I'm fine, but Erica slept on one of the chairs in here. Which is something I highly advise against, by the way."

The Dragon had completely covered the city in a thick layer of grey clouds. Once it had finished, it noticed that Daniel had managed to get clear of the cloud layer. The beast was too tired to give chase, having used an incredible amount of energy to perform its feat. It relented from chasing Daniel and decided to find some easier prey.

Daniel wasn't willing to be hounded. Once he noticed the clouds were no longer following hims he arched round so he could see with his excellent vision what the creature was now up to.

Makoto looked at Erica. "Maybe ask Grace for a fix when she wakes up. Need some help?"

 

[Chungus]

"What Four said." Erica said to Makoto. "I don't really wanna bother Grace with things like this. As for help... Don't suppose you make make me some food? Preferably something that won't end up killing me."

 

[Slenn]

The sisters returned, all washed up and dressed. They sat down to eat some muffins with milk.

"Erica, I think not being able to move due to back pain is a big thing. Talk to Grace about it. And... well, I'm not the best cook, but Miss Litchi told me a great nikuman recipe. We got any dough and pork?"

 

[Drakmorg]

The Dragon had landed at the site where the group had spent its time while in the city. It was feasting upon the fetid, rotting corpse of an elephant that had somehow been left there. It didn't seem to mind the fact that it was eating spoiled meat, as it snapped it up as happily as it was capable of being.

Four chuckled at what Erica had said. "Don't let Grace hear you say that. She apparently loves being bothered with things like this. Anyway, maybe Makoto can fix something up. My culinary skill comes down to just knowing how to heat up food that other people have already made."

"Eh. I've been through worse." Erica said to Makoto as she began moving her way back to the very uncomfortable chair. "And I don't even know what pork or dough is." She added as she sat down, groaning as she did.
She she sat, she looked at Four. "I've noticed that in the past. Anyway, if warming stuff up is all you know how to do, that's miles ahead of what I can do.
My cooking skills comes down to guessing what's edible and hope for the best."

Convinced that the dragon was not evil and was simply hungry he turned and swooped away, heading back to the group.
