James caught sight of Makoto and Austin as he headed slowly for the kitchen, past the entrance of the ship, and raised one hand half-heartedly, not botering to salute as he usually did.

The Flesh Hooks fired with a muscle spasm, sinew and muscle tendon with hooks of bone at the end which flew at the speed of a bullet towards Erica.
"I dunno yet. I thought "might as well try and get used to it", but it is a little restrictive." Makoto pulled at the neck of the suit. "You know, I'm used to wearing not that much, so this is kinda a new thing for me." Makoto gave James a wave as he passed by in the corridor.

The muscles contracted, pulling Erica into the foilage. The Lictor stuck around as Erica landed before it and it siezed her leg with one of its claws and begun dragging her off.
Grace was going to greet Austin and Makoto, but then heard Erica scream and rushed outside instead.

As James passed Makoto and Austin in the hallway, he heard the scream outside. Even through his pounding headache he could identify the voice.
"That was Erica." He said sharply to the other two, before whirling around and hurrying to the entrance as swiftly as he cou;ld manage, drawing his sniper rifle as he went.
