As it draws in range it blocks everyform of communication and grates on the nerves like teh impending doom that it is. The earth will only just be scraped by it though as you'll see when i give the group the rare privilege of seeing the Eldar annoiinting an Exarch as the Young King. The Young King is the blood sacrifice used to manifest the Avatar of Bloody-Handed Khaine, the Eldar god of murder and battle who leads the Eldar during war. The Young King is stripped, has the runes of the aspect shrines of the craftworld carved into his/her flesh by the other Exarchs, each drop of blood caught by a chalice held by Warlocks and carrying an oversized spear or sword: The Suin Daellae, The Doom that Wails. Wrapped in an oversized cloak of crimson and holding a cup of their own blood they march into the throne room of the Avatar as it awakens. Not even the Farseers dwell on the fate of such individuals.
