OoC: @Rosh The difference is that the mind is the sentient, thinking part. The soul is the life-force, so to speak. A mindless beast still has a soul, but no developed mind. Also, in death, the mind is destroyed. Though the soul gets reincarnated. Thus, when Tophat caught a soul, which became it's own, the old mind of that soul was destroyed.
Pyro nodded a bit weakly to Valentine. Scout put back on his hat and headset he angled his hat a bit to the side for some reason. He went inside and started making coffee. He than started wondering why he never had to buy more coffee
"It's not just as simple as finding some scrap metal and slapping it in place! Not this time at least. We're screwed! Sitting ducks! The ship can't move from this spot without possibly killing someone." Four said as she got up and started pacing.

And I think the Tyranid plot sounds interesting, actually. Also, given that how bleak 40K is, it's gonna be a nice change of pace from the diabetes-inducing love scenes. >.<

"Austin might be able to bend the metal back. After all, the Earth is made up of metals and different materials."

Austin returns the kiss. "Hmmm... But what to make for the two of us..." He thought aloud. "We'll figure something out when that happens eh?" he smiled.

On one of the ships hovering in orbit, a vessel clearly built with influence from the design of another race besides that which built it, a hangar door opened and five sleek fighter aircraft buzzed out. They flew with the entire fuselage angled forward, sublights protruding from beneath, and weapons slung under the wings which angled downwards like those of the larger ships. The fighters came together in a tight formation and dropped into Earth's atmosphere with breathtaking speed.
