OOC: @Outis well @Berks new guys just had a fight with Tyranids aboard a ship, the Prime was killed and most of the Rangers are dead aside from 4 and one of them is aboard one of @Berks ships. I'll be recovering him when I get back.
The Cutting Blade docked, and the two soldiers walked through the airlock, followed by the captain. They all raised their hands to show that they did not mean harm.

The Prefect of the Vespasian stood with his marines as the Diamond Sword soldiers boarded. As the captain removed his helmet, the Prefect did the same, revealing the rigid cartilaginous mask of his face, the long scales stretching behind his skull, and his fierce avian eyes. A large scar from an oldwound covered most of the right side of his face, and a targeting visor extended over his left eye, present even under the helmet.

Grace slowly opened her eyes and saw Makoto. She smiled, then grew worried as her...urges started to rise. She closed her eyes again to try and counter this.

"We hoped that things would at least be similar enough in this world that the Systems Alliance would already exist, but it seems that's not the case."

The marines raised their weapons as Ichika boarded before recieving official clearance, but Garrus waved them down. As Javik and a hulking krogan moved closer on eitherside, both looking very annoyed, Garrus stepped around Dalis with an apologetic shake of his head and stood before Ichika. He wasn't surprised to see that the human was relatively young.
"Welcome aboard the Vespasian." He said somewhat pointedly. "What is it that you couldn't wait to come up here and say?"

Makoto hugged Grace for a while, then let go and sat up. "As much as I want to, we can't just lay in bed cuddling all day. Might as well see what the others are up to."
